It’s about intentionally putting together a group of people whose energy, insights, ideas, and endeavours influence and elevate the way you think and behave.

- 2 peers at vour level that vou can collaborate with.
- 1 colleague at the level you want to get to.
- 1 mentor/advisor who is very senior and can help you see how to get there.
- 1 executive, leadership, and career coach.
2. THE CHALLENGE

How often do vou meet with them?

3. THE SOLVE
Think of the five people vou need to gather or refine for vour Circle Of Influence. Reflect on:
- Who are they?
- What have they done that vou’ve admired?
- What do vou like about their career moves?
- What do vou want them to help you with?
- Are they open to becoming part of your five?
- Is there anything stopping you from connecting?
- Gather them up.
4. THE PRACTICE
Choose vour Circle Of Influence potentials and come up with 10 people. Reach out to them and be clear about vour ask and your why. What do vou hope to collaborate with them on? Why do you think they will be impactful in your career?
Connect. Take them to lunch, have an experience together, and commit to meetings at
least once a month. Watch the cool things that happen when you put intent behind it.
