I am a Leadership & Performance Coach helping leaders and athletes hack their mindset through EQ to create an amazing career and live an epic life.
As a former executive in fast-growth tech startups, I crafted strategies for high-performing people departments, managed teams of up to 20, and designed impactful leadership programs—all while coaching individual leaders to greatness.
I’ve successfully exited two companies through acquisitions by SumUp and Eventbrite, picked up some serious business-building skills, and embarked on a "Forty | Forty" journey through 40 countries, cultivating my own grounded confidence.
Today, I use my life and professional experiences into my coaching practice, collaborating with startup founders, leaders in all areas of organizations, and athletes to achieve epic goals. Clients come from Google, Airbnb, Uber, work with 17 leaders at Crunchbase, and coach race car drivers from Victory Racing on mindset, confidence, and resilience.
