Empowering leaders and entrepreneurs

Claudia Fulga is the Founder of Forty | Forty Living and a certified Leadership & Performance Coach. She helps founders, leaders, creatives, and athletes hack their mindset through emotional intelligence—building confidence, resilience, and clarity to scale businesses, grow careers, and design lives that feel epic.

A former people operations executive in interior design firms and tech startups, Claudia built people operations departments and leadership programs, scaled teams, and successfully exited two companies through acquisitions by SumUp and Eventbrite. She’s also traveled to 40 countries on her “Forty | Forty” journey, gathering wisdom, fresh ideas, and plenty of fun and crazy stories along the way.

Today, she creates bespoke programs for bold thinkers from leaders at Google, Lucid Motors, Airbnb, Uber, and Crunchbase to race car drivers from AE Victory Racing. Her work is rooted in neuroplasticity, emotional intelligence, and the belief that transformation is the only way to go after the big things that matter in life… with a dash of mischief of course!
